Rapid prototyping
Validate dimensions, fit, form, and design ideas before investing in expensive production methods.
Quote a prototype ↗Cost-effective 3D printing for prototypes, functional components, and small production runs—without the cost and lead time of traditional tooling.
From first-fit prototypes to practical shop-floor components, we help teams get physical parts in hand without overcommitting time or budget.
Validate dimensions, fit, form, and design ideas before investing in expensive production methods.
Quote a prototype ↗Custom brackets, housings, covers, adapters, and other purpose-built plastic parts for real applications.
Quote a component ↗Practical aids that support assembly, organization, repeatable positioning, and day-to-day operations.
Quote a shop aid ↗Produce limited quantities on demand—ideal for pilot runs, replacement parts, and specialized projects.
Discuss a batch ↗A simple process built around your requirements, with clear communication before production begins.
Start a quote ↗Upload your 3D model, drawings, or reference files. If you only have an idea, describe what you need.
We review quantity, material, intended use, and timing, then follow up with questions or a quote.
After approval, your parts are produced and shipped directly to your address.
Material selection depends on heat, loading, environment, finish, and fit. Share how the part will be used and we can help narrow the options.
Affordable prototypes, visual models, and parts used in mild environments.
Durable functional parts with good layer bonding and everyday utility.
Outdoor applications where UV and temperature resistance are important.
Options such as carbon-fiber-filled materials may be available for suitable applications.
Material properties vary by grade, print orientation, geometry, and process. Printed parts are not automatically suitable for safety-critical, pressure-containing, or regulated applications.
Not every part needs a mold, a machining setup, or a large minimum order. Additive manufacturing can make it more practical to test an idea, revise a design, or produce a limited quantity.
Share a few project details for a quote. You can upload CAD files, drawings, or reference images with your request.
STL, STEP/STP, 3MF, OBJ, IGES/IGS, DXF, PDF drawings, and reference images are accepted by the form. If your file is too large, contact us first to arrange another transfer method.
Send a description, dimensions, sketches, or photos. We can review what you have and let you know whether the project is a fit. CAD design services are not automatically included in a print quote.
Quotes depend on geometry, material, print time, quantity, finishing, and shipping. A quote is provided after reviewing the project; there is no guaranteed flat rate for every part.
Yes. Parts can be shipped to business and residential addresses in the United States, subject to the project's size and shipping requirements.
Not by default. Layer orientation and print process affect strength. Parts for life-safety, regulated, pressure-containing, or other critical applications require appropriate engineering validation and should not be assumed suitable based on material alone.
